Board Meeting Minutes 

Date:    Friday, May 19^th, 2006
Place:   Pool area
Time:    3:00pm   

Re:       Motion by the new elected board of directors to appoint (2) two additional candidates to the board.  The two additional candidates are Mr. Domenico Ruscigno (treasurer) and Mr. Ricardo Guillen (director)

 Whereby:
 

1. On May 17^th, 2006 elections were held at Tiffany Lakes Condominium under the monitoring of the State of Florida Ombudsman Office (Voting Group) and association attorney Mr. Raul Morales.
2. Besides association members, present was Mr. Raul Morales (association attorney) and Mr. Clemente De la Torre Senior and Junior (owners of Tower Management Services, Inc.).
3. Once the votes were counted by an impartial association member committee under the direct supervision of three representatives of the Voting Group (sent by the State of Florida Ombudsman Office) and Tiffany Lakes Association Attorney Mr. Raul Morales, five (5) candidates were selected by majority of votes.  The five (5) candidates were Mr. Borace, Mr. Martin, Mr. Fagundo, Mrs. Blandon and Mr. Tabora (they are not in any specific order).
4. Once the association attorney Mr. Morales initiated the organizational board meeting and Mr. Fagundo was elected president by majority of the elected board members; two (2) of the new elected board members decided to resign on the spot.  The two (2) board members that resigned were Mr. Borace and Mr. Martin, for which the association attorney Mr. Morales and the three (3) members of the new elected board accepted their resignation.
5. Subsequently, the association attorney Mr. Morales indicated to the three (3) board members Mr. Fagundo (president), Mr. Tabora (vice president) and Mrs. Blandon (secretary) that they could appoint any two (2) additional candidates to the board in order to complete the five (5) member board of directors.

 As per Florida Statues and Tiffany Lakes Bylaws, Article III, Section 4 – Filling of Vacancies, the new elected board of directors invited and accepted the two additional candidates to the board of directors - Mr. Domenico Ruscigno (treasurer) and Mr. Ricardo Guillen (director) by way of a board meeting, previously announce as required by law, this Friday, May 19^th, 2006 at 3:00 pm.
