Board Meeting Minutes

On May 21^st, 2006, at 9:00pm, the Board of Directors of Tiffany Lakes Condominium Association (Mr. Ernesto Fagundo, President, Mr. Cesar Tabora, Vice president, Mr. Domenico Ruscigno, Treasurer, Ms. Xiomara Blandon, Secretary (via phone conference) and Mr. Ricardo Guillen, Director met at unit 111 to approved a letter to be send to all unit owners and residents of our community and the creation of Tiffany Lakes Web site.  The letter would be sent by Tower Management Services Inc. once it is translated by them into English.

 Motion was made by # 1 Ernesto Fagundo, # 2 Cesar Tabora, # 3 Domenico Ruscigno, # 4 Ricardo Guillen, and # 5 Xiomara Blandon, to approved the letter in both Spanish and English and the creation of Tiffany Lakes Web site.  Decision was made by unanimous vote from the board of directors to approve both motions on the floor.

 Meeting was adjourned at 9:15pm.
