Board Meeting Minutes

On May 23^rd, 2006, at 10:45am, Mr. Clemente De La Torre Sr. - Tower Management Services, Inc. came to see Mr. Ernesto Fagundo, President, in order for the board to approve two (2) sales at Tiffany Lakes Condominium and to provide the new elected board with the Ocean Bank registry information sheets to be filled out by all new five (5) elected board members in order to be officially registered in the bank accounts. 

Mr. Fagundo contacted Mrs. Xiomara Blandon, secretary and Mr. Domenico Ruscigno, treasurer and all parties met at Mr. Fagundo’s home - unit # 111. 

The following are the two (2) units in question:
Unit # 201      &      Unit # 274

 Motion was made by # 1 Ernesto Fagundo, # 2 Domenico Ruscigno and # 3 Xiomara Blandon, to approved the two (2) above mention sales.  Decision was made by # 1 Ernesto Fagundo, # 2 Domenico Ruscigno and # 3 Xiomara Blandon to approved the two sales, in the presence of Mr. Clemente De La Torre Sr. for which all three members of the board present signed and dated the appropriate form. 

The Ocean Bank Registry Information Sheets will be filled out and attached to copies of all five (5) new elected director’s social security cards and driver’s licenses, as requested by Mr. Clemented De La Torre Sr. / Ocean Bank.

 Meeting was adjourned at 11:05am.
