Board Meeting Minutes

On May 25^th, 2006, at 8:30am, the legally required minimum number of Board members (Mr. Ernesto Fagundo, President, Mr. Domenico Ruscigno, Treasurer and Mr. Ricardo Guillen, Director met at unit 287 to approve the opening and transfer of funds to a new bank account from Ocean Bank to Wachovia of Kendall.  The Ocean Bank accounts will be close.

Motion was made by # 1 Ernesto Fagundo, # 2 Domenico Ruscigno, # 3 Ricardo Guillen to approved the opening of the new account and transfer of funds from Ocean Bank to Wachovia, since it is closer to Tiffany Lakes Condominium and many branches are available throughout the county. All three board members present approved the motion and Mr. Clemente De La Torre was contacted to meet with the 3 board members at Wachovia of Kendall in order to proceed with the change.

 Meeting was adjourned at 8:45am.
