Board Meeting Minutes

On May 25, 2006, at 10:45pm, Ernesto Fagundo, President contacted Mrs. Xiomara Blandon, secretary and Mr. Domenico Ruscigno, treasurer in order to approve two (2) sales and one (1) rental.  Meeting was held at the president unit # 111. 

The following are the two (2) units for sale and the one (1) unit for rental in question:

Unit # 202 (sale)
Unit # 214 (sale)
Unite # 103 (rental)

Motion was made by # 1 Ernesto Fagundo, # 2 Domenico Ruscigno and # 3 Xiomara Blandon, to approved or disapproved accordingly.  Decision was made by # 1 Ernesto Fagundo, # 2 Domenico Ruscigno and # 3 Xiomara Blandon to approved all units in question for which the president and secretary signed accordingly.

Meeting was adjourned at 11:00 pm.
