 Board Meeting Minutes 

On July 10^th, 2006, at 9:20pm, Ernesto Fagundo, President contacted Mrs. Xiomara Blandon, secretary and Mr. Domenico Ruscigno, treasurer in order to approve one (1) sale brought by Mr Clemente De La Torre / Tower Management Services, Inc. late afternoon.  Meeting was held at the president’s unit # 111. 

The following is the one (1) unit for sale in question:

Unit # 318 (sale)

Motion was made by # 1 Ernesto Fagundo, # 2 Domenico Ruscigno and # 3 Xiomara Blandon, to approved or disapproved accordingly.  Decision was made by # 1 Ernesto Fagundo, # 2 Domenico Ruscigno and # 3 Xiomara Blandon to approve the unit in question for which the president and secretary signed accordingly.

Meeting was adjourned at 9:30pm.
